For a flight of over 2000 miles in each direction, with the current poor state of the pound and with many airlines struggling to stay afloat, 300 is cheap.
You've not told us when you're travelling. (You can sometimes pick up a bargain on a charter flight in the summer, but there's no such thing as a 'cheapo' to Cyprus during the winter timetables when charter flights don't operate).
Neither have you told us where you're flying from. (It's not much use somebody finding a bargain out of Aberdeen if you live in Exeter).
You've also not mentioned your preference for Larnaca or Paphos as your arrival airport.

Have you tried expedia? It will search for the cheapest flights it can find, and you can chose whether you want direct or not, which may make it cheaper

(Another 2-part post):
My links above include every scheduled service operating from the UK to Southern Cyprus. That statement is based upon studying the route maps on the website of Hermes Airports (which runs both Larnaca and Paphos airports):
http://www.cyprusairports.com.cy/showpage.php? PageID=8
Scheduled flights to Ercan, in Northern Cyprus (which is effectively a separate country) are operated by KTHY (Cyprus Turkish Airlines) from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham and Manchester:
http://www.kthy.net/kthyen/index.html
The only other scheduled service from the UK to Ercan is with Pegasus Airlines, from Stansted:
http://www.flypgs.com/EN/
Note that Ercan is listed as 'Lefkosa (ECN)' on that website.

There are no charter flights from Bristol to Ercan.
Charter flights from Bristol to Larnaca are listed here:
http://www.bristolairport.co.uk/flight_informa tion/destinations/times.aspx?destination=LCA
For Bristol to Paphos, see here:
http://www.bristolairport.co.uk/flight_informa tion/destinations/times.aspx?destination=PFO
You should note that many of the companies listed on those web pages probably only offer inclusive holidays, rather than 'flight only' deals. It's likely that you'll be able to find quotes for most (possibly all)of the charter flights via the Thomas Cook website:

Oh, it looks like the Bristol-Paphos link has become corrupt.
Try this:
