dwp payments

my mums on incapacity & mobility, both were paid into her bank together once every 2 weeks now they have change it. They seem to have split them . can anyone explain how they pay it now

Get your mother to telephone them for an explanation - everything here will be a guess.

I agree with Ethel. However, Incapacity and DLA are administered by different sections of the DWP so its actually slightly unusual for them to have previously been paid together, except if she was getting some Income support in which case it may have been a combined payment.

You need to speak to the DWP and probably the Disability benefits service to understand the current payment method

I have only recently been awarded Mobility Allowance and it is paid monthly to me so perhaps they have changed it. I also receive Incapacity and that is still paid fortnightly.
