AGHhh does this mean I am going blind - I have had this 4 about a week now my eyelid seems to spasm beyond control. ughh

No. I suffered from the same thing a while back, it cleared up of it's own accord. Don't know why it happened in the first place though.

I've had this too, as I had an opticians appointment I asked him about it & he said it was nothing to worry about.

i had this too, my eye twiched and spazzed for awhile then settled down. it happens every now and again. try looking in the mirror as it happens, it looks mad.
