holiday insurance

anyone know of travel insurance for me, 61 yrs ,and wife 36 yrs old travelling to thailand for 50 days. i had 2 stents fitted after heart attack in july 2007, no problems since. i have been quoted at over �300 which i thought was very high. its something to do with staying longer than 31 days. any help much appreciated. thanks in advance.

thanks for that but they want �280 basic cover without add ons.
