i no she has been annoying in the past but my heart really does go out to her and her two little sons

That is inhumane and I feel so very sad that we as a as part of the human race cant just wish and hope for someone in their dire hour of need.
How painful -for her and anyone who is also enduring this -my hreat goes out to everyone -she is a brave soldier as she just wants to maintain the equilbrium for her wee boys and also ensure they have a secure future along with dealing with what looks like a lenghty battle against what would appear in her case to be terminal.
I salute her for putting her boys first .

Two years ago, my husband's friend at work, was told he had terminal cancer (of the lung) & only had a few months to live. He was of course very shocked, as was his family.
Two years on & after lots of treatment, he is teaching his wife to drive.
So yes, there's always hope.....
