Hallo Becca, try Google Language Tools. I can't judge the quality of the Chinese output, but I had a quick play with the English-German tool and it seems quite reasonable for an automatic translation machine.

This, apparently, is Chinese for "My name is Xollob and I live in Darmstadt":
