weeal i have asked a question in the jobs topic, i have had a redundency pack today as i have to cut the hours on my department and there are apparently lots of issues, the criteria seems to be, ask for vilunteers, then if none come forward, go for last in first out! but maybe in some places there is a more dramatic cut eh?
