Is it possible to add additional columns to the display list?

your question is pretty unclear.... but I will take a guess here...

Right click on the column heading (the gray bar at the top) and select columns and you can select which ones you want displayed.

LOL the in the addressbook wasn't there, I was assuming in the list of emails..

but my answer may still work :)

Yeah, but there is no column option in the address book heading bar (hence my afterthought) and apart from the Name and Email address ones, there is only the option to rename two more columns with a limited ID (phone and mobile in my book).
Never mind. It was just a thought. I'll have t find my Office disk and start using outlook. It has a lot more oomph from memory.
