4oz marg.
2oz caster sugar
4oz self raising flour
3oz coconut
4 level dessert spoons cocoa
4oz icing sugar
Sift flour and half cocoa into bowl.Rub in marg.and add coconut and sugar.Knead until firm.Spread into a greased swiss roll tin and bake at 350 degrees for roughly 30-35mins.Before removing from tin,spread with chocolate icing ,made from the icing sugar sieved with the rest of the cocoa,and blended with boiling water.Cut into squares,and leave to cool.Enjoy!
