Can anybody tell me the pitfalls of using an on-line ticket agency (tout) to buy football tickets.
I remember seeing a watchdog programme a couple of months ago whom advised to be careful.

Well one possibility is that the tickets aren't genuine. Last season at Anfield at a Champions League game the two blokes in front of me queuing for the turnstile were pulled to one side by the police because their tickets were forgeries.
Another pitfall is that you will pay WAY over the odds.
Have you thought about trying to buy tickets through the club?
