I'm helping my 16 year old with his CV and looking for some advice on how to present his main interest - xBox. Would prospective employers be put off if he includes this as an Interest/Hobby or would they consider it a normal teenage boy thing. He does have some other interests to include but xBox is the main one! Would welcome your views, thanks.

generic interests always worked for me...

"socialising with friends" "playing sports, football, tennis, snooker" etc
It would also depend on what sort of jobs he was going for.

If he was going for a job that needed hand eye coordination then I would put something down but perhaps not 'I like to play on my xbox all day.

Thanks for the responses:-) Think we'll try the non-specific description half-way down the list of interests. If he gets lots of rejection, the interest might be removed!
