oooooooooooh i just had to share my news! did a pregnancy test lastnight and it was positive! i went to the doctors this morning and had it confirmed... yey! im very happy! im around 9 weeks.... my first midwife appt is on 23 of this month! :0)

Lovely news. Congratulations. What a wonderful time you have to look forward to. Nothing will be ever be the same, it will be sooooo much better. Enjoy every minute of your pregnancy it will go really fast, honestly!! Except for the last week or so.

Congratulations franchie, I don't think we have "spoken" (hee hee), but I had my first baby ten months ago and this site and the people using it were (are!) a fantastic support. You can ask ANYTHING, no matter how daft it seems, and trust me there are some daft things you will want to ask.

thanks everyone! i went for a reassurance scan yesterday and im only 6 weeks! it looked like a little bean! so im less than what i though! early days but im still very happy & excited
