Best thing would be to go with some American airline that will fly to all these places - try http://www.trailfinders.com or some similar agency to help with the bookings.

It would probably make sense to go to Hawaii first

then make your way back one step at a time.

There are endless hotel and motel chains to stay at. You might want a car to drive yourself around, though you could just about manage with public transport or on foot in San Francisco and New Orleans. Over to you what you want to see and do in the places where you stay - there are lots of guide book in any book shop or online.
Fly to Florida - see sights, New Orleans - jazz it up, then to Las Vegas - marry in the White Chapel (we can watch on webcam), onto San Francisco cross the Golden Gate bridge to California & sail across to Hawaii for a long sultry delish honeymoon.
oh no, please don't do anything as naff as marrying in Las Vegas... Hawaii is a much better idea.
ring or call into a trailfinder travel agents - they'll taylor make a holiday for you - flights, transfers accomodation etc - ive travelled around the world twice with them and they were great
