I have a math degree. I have taugh 1 and a half years as a math teacher with a lateral entry license. Unfortunately, I
didn't finish my classes needed for full certification and now my license will expire in June 2009. I know Im not really interested in teaching. This is the only real professional experience I have had with my degree. I have no experience in insurance or any other field using my degree. What kind of job paying at least 40,000 will allow me to use this degree with my current experience?

Is it possible in the US to do something similar? The thing about teaching is, you are always able to find work, and while the kids can be a bit much the pay still beats a lot of other jobs.
