Trojan Horse Startpage19.J

Whenever I try to open IE AVG detects a virus "Startpage 19.J". Originally I was able to manually change the homepage and connect without problem. Now I cannot connect by any method. I get a message that a file (..../se.dll) cannot be accessed, but when I search for this file it does not appear to exist. Any suggestions?

try using fire fox not IE, its the same but with out the risk of viruses and popups, i like it more than IE, it can be found at www.mozilla.org.uk its free and you should have no trouble downloading it.
