My employer has told me they're changing my role but have refused to provide appropriate equipment to complete the tasks that I need to complete and my bonus is now based on the deliverables of my "new role" I use "" as I have asked for clarification on my new role and details of exactly what is expected of me and they won't provide it.
I have asked to see a copy of my current contract as I think it's unfair and maybe illegal for them to be basing my salary on a job I'm not actually contracted to do, nor do I have the correct training to complete the new job and I've been denied training.
- Does my employer have a time frame in which they have to produce my employment contract?
- Do employers have to give you notice of a change in role, and if I ask for training before the role starts, can my job description be changed without training?

Your employment contract is not just one thing - it is a combination of written particulars, terms detailed in a company handbook or in plicies available for employee to read, custom and practice.
Your Job Title (and maybe a BRIEF description) is part of your contract, but that doesn't mean the employer can't change it. Whether or not the change proposed is fundamental enough, I can't judge. I hope that you are not trying to use a detailed job description to decide what you will or won't do.
Training comprises many aspects - formal training, on-the-job experience, coaching from LManager or others.
What is your bonus proposed to be based on? - it can't be what you say - it must be a measurable target of some sort. And what was was your previous bonus based upon and is it contractual (in a letter to you?)
What equipments are we talking here - safety equipment, computer, technical kit?

With the current market conditions I would assume your bonus this year would be worth very little. I am afraid most contracts have wording where they say you will be asked to do other jobs. I am surprised you havn't been given one when you started. Best to not fight it too much because there is always the job centre if you don't like it. Sorry but that is their policy not mine of the way employees treat their staff.
Try and accept it as best you can, nobody likes change but it could of been redundancy.
