Apple Cheesecake

Talking of nostalia-type recipes (the lemon love cake post) - M&S about 15 years ago used to do a frozen apple cheesecake. It was heavenly. Does anyone have a recipe for such a cheesecake?

The above recipe looks good, but I'd change the apple jam in the recipe to bramley apples cooked down to a pulp or even apple pie filling (get it in tins from Tescos and Sainsburys etc).

Could chuck in a tsp of cinammon too....

I got my cup measururers (Nigella Lawson ones that look like cups) from Amazon so I don't have to work out grams/oz etc

Think I'm going to bake that cheesecake today!!! :D x
