oh a relative of my partner, she has a lot of old pictures of ancestors and I was trying to appeal to her better nature but she just started ranting and being unpleasant. I was hoping for a copy of the old pics for my family tree :/

its really upset me because it was unexpected, Im not holding out a lot of hope for the pics now

well I dont know her well at all, my partner and her lost touch a long time ago, I have read quite a few of her emails and she strikes me as slightly mad, I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but the early signs are not good and it is a shame because she is the only person with the pictures and they are precious as they are the only pictures left of lots of ancestors that I have been researching for the last 4 years!

I was trying to keep any animosity out of it and focus on sharing the pictures, I was going to send her the family tree as well. Im slightly shuddering at the thought of her next email!
