Free help although they will not fill out your form for you they will tell you what goes where and you can pencil it all in on the form
I know when I looked at the form it looked like I could never fill it out, but I didn't have to fill out every page, only what was relevant to me. It may be that you only have to fill in a couple of the pages relating to your other income
Maybe give them a call? Can't hurt can it?
Good luck

There's no answer to that. Or at least there's several hundred answers to it.
Depends where in the country you live and what level of qualification the "accountant" you go to has.
What you describe is an extremely basic tax return and, based in South Scotland we'd charge you about 100 for it probably (though I'm not in the tax department so not certain). I expect a Chartered Accountant in London would want a lot more to do it though.
pink kittens advice is sound though. The tax office will help you with advice on how to complete it and the detail you appear to need is very easy. isa interest is exempt from tax incidentally. It doesn't go on your tax return at all.
