How to Transfer AOL Address Book to Outlook

I want to transfer my AOL Address Book (including email addresses, Postal addresses, telephone numbers etc) to Outlook. Is there an easy solution? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Note there are 2 versions of Outlook.

One called Outlook Express (that comes "free" with Windows) and Outlook, that is supplied with Microsoft Office.

The products are slightly different and do store their files in different formats so make sure you choose the right one when converting.

Also note Outlook Express is called Windows Mail in Vista.

I did a search in Google for "transfer AOL to Outlook" and found a few sites that may help. You need to look through them all to see what ones apply to you (they cover different versions of AOL and Outlook).
