Valentines Day Meal

I am just looking for idea's for what to cook the other half tomorrow as we are staying in. I would probably like to do a starter and a main and need to do this relatively cheaply. I enjoy cooking and like to everything from scratch. Does anyone have any idea's or are you cooking tomorrow and what are you cooking?
