The original Hammonds factory was around 3 miles from me, just outside Bradford, but burnt down in 2002/2003 (can't remember just when), shut for year for rebuilding but the supermarkets had stopped ordering it. They shut soon after and the site was sold to developers and is now posh apartments overlooking the canal.
McCormick Foods Europe (in Rochdale, but part of big US company) aquired/bought the name/recipe and I believe still make Hammonds Chop Sauce but only in the catering size plastic containers, their phone number is 01706 756800 for info on wholesalers.
They have a US website (which is ****** all use to us Brits!), www.mccormik.com, and doesn't seem to mention Hammons Chop Sauce at all.
BTW this has been answered here on TheAnswerBank tons of times - did you do a search?
