Sorry guys I am a bit thick I still do not get it:

Then there's problem that he has never liked any of my friends, not that I have many.

I do not get this phrase not that. Could you rephrase the sentence to get across the same idea and so I can get its meaning?

Does it mean I have lots of friends or a few?

Then there's problem that he has never liked any of my friends, even though I don't have many for him not to like in the first place.
I'm not saying that I have many

Is it any wonder you dont have many, asking questions like this?

Not that I am being offensive ;)

Problem is, he has never liked the few friends I do have.
I don't have many friends and he doesn't like any of them.

Friends = 3

Friends He likes = 0
