Try using your vocal cords as a catapult - has been known to work.

not really, it's done by misdirection. You speak without moving your lips; meanwhile you have a doll whose lips do move; so even when an audience knows perfectly well who's really speaking, it seems to come from the doll.

I guess if you weren't performing on a stage, you could still speak without moving your lips, so others wouldn't know who was talking. But you can't 'throw' your voice to make it look as if any particular person is doing it.

I found that a PA system works best. You speak into the microphone and your voice magically comes out the speaker some distance away.

The closest you can come to actually 'throwing' your voice is to yell in a valley or suitable situation that resounds you voice and produces an echo.
