Is anyone else not receiving answers to their questions in their email inbox? I've been with AB for a few years & all was well, then all of a sudden, about 4 months ago, no emails. I've contacted the ED & tech 4 times but still no joy. Of course if they've replied to my emails I won't get them?!
most of the reply notification emails i get now go into my junk email box because AB have changed the name of who sends them, it used to me '[email protected]' now it is '[email protected]' and so maybe your email is stopping the replies as it doesn't recoginise the address.
