Is anyone else not receiving answers to their questions in their email inbox?
I've been with AB for a few years & all was well, then all of a sudden, about 4 months ago, no emails.
I've contacted the ED & tech 4 times but still no joy.
Of course if they've replied to my emails I won't get them?!

most of the reply notification emails i get now go into my junk email box because AB have changed the name of who sends them, it used to me '[email protected]' now it is '[email protected]' and so maybe your email is stopping the replies as it doesn't recoginise the address.
Exactly the same here, have ticked the mark as safe box to stop them going to junk. Yesterday i had 7 answers but only 2 email notifications ?
