If she's had an orgasm she will definitely know. Therefore, I would say she has not had one.

Most womens orgasms are clitoral, so the Clitoris needs to be stimulated. If you lack experience, then the liklihood is that you don't have the know how. It all takes time and experimenting and isn't all about just thrusting your genital into hers.
