tax credits do i qualify

hi im self employed single just filled form out form on hmrc website Do I Qualify gives me a figure at the end.Is this the figure i will receive every month or do i divide that down from now until the 5/4/09

I believe the questionaire you speak of gives the dates the total refers to.
I know it isn't easy to understand bt do the questionaire again and I thyink the total is from now until the end of the tax year. Another calc will be done for next year.
