High Blood pressure ......
4 Answers
My Mum who is 70 has suffered with high blood pressure recently since the unexpected death of my Dad, She is seeing the doctor for this and has been suffering panic attacks and all the things associated with grief , some tabs that the doc has gave her has made her suffer with leg cramps so she has stopped taking them and changed onto another type he has prescribed but he says its the shock that has caused this reaction and will go away ?? What solutions if any are there to try ?? ,

At her age the loss is great and you can make a huge difference by just being there to listen and reassure her she's not alone. Don't try and jolly her out of it but be caring and practical - she will feel depressed and low and a little scared. Tufty7, carry on as you are - you're doing great by being such a concerned son or daughter, she will gradually come to terms with her loss. and begin to feel a little better about everything.good luck
Thank you for all who answered, she does not appear to be getting any better at this time so TLC is all i can give and hopefully the shock will dissipate and she hopefully can return to as normal as possible.. Seeing though she has not been out in a while we have bought a walking machine for her to keep her going so that she will be ready to go out when she wants ..once again Thank you .
