What the best exercise, in addition to cardio and diet, for those lovely love handles?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.there is a machine at the gym, but i use weights at home to help, hold them at arms length above your head then pull down, but pulling slightly back, keeping your elbows to your sides, as if your pushing ur shoulder blades in toward eachother it is an ecxercise for your back muscles and will help to get rid of the love handles. hope thats clear enough for you x
there are no exercises to loose fat on localised areas only increase muscle, the only way to get rid of exess fat is cardio and diet, simple as that.
It's Like Sit up or Crunches wont make you loose fat on your stumoch just make your abs bigger and stronger to show through the layer of fat already there.
Fat is lost according to amount of calories in being less that the amount out = fat loss, where exactally on your body you loose the fat is down to genetics. might drop of your ass faster than it does your belly or vice versa.
