Can you remember your first day at work?

Its coming up to the *ahem cough* anniversary of the day I started work. I can remember it like it was yesterday *sigh*.

When I think back, I was sooooo young (16) and I still see some of the people who started on the same day as me. We have not aged a bit... :P

Personally,I don't particularly want to remember the first day in work.
I'd rather win the Lotto or Euro draw,and I won't need to work ever again.I could then do lots of things around our place,like a garden/house makeover,and then perhaps take my mum to all the places where she would like to go.

pastafreak I didn't say that I was in the SAME job, and have never been in a rut where work is concerned, far from it.

mumstheword1 - I know that a lot of people consider themselves lucky to have a job in this current climate. I am lucky because I enjoy my job, it is challenging and I get to work with really great people.

ELVIS68 - dare I ask what the job was? LOL

imhotep - that is a nice dream to have, I would love to travel more but think that I would still need to have to work - not saying that I would stay in my current job but maybe start a business of some sort.
