In which programme "anything can happen, and probably will"?

Not sure about a radio show, but there was a film that used this tag line.

They made a zany comedy film in 1941 called Hellzapoppin starring Olsen and Johnson.

I am sure the opening song went something like
"Helzapoppin, Helzapoppin
Anything can happen and probably will"

The film was based on a totally zany stage show that ran on broadway for about 3 years, and it was so unpredictable that nobody knew WHAT was going to happen on stage each night.

Thats where the tag line "Anything can happen and probably will" came from.

The film was slightly more organized, but is still pretty zany.

Thanks. I'm not so sure. I have a feeling that the quote is from a BBC Radio show.

Not sure it was ever a catchphrase, but sounds like the kind of thing Kenneth Horne would have said in 'Round the Horne' or 'Beyond Our Ken'.

When I first saw this question I thought it may be "ITMA" or "Take it from here", but a search round the web does not show either program used this phrase.

I have even searched in Google using the whole phase, even with quotes round it, but cannot find any reference to a radio show using it.
