Yes, tracking (and other aspects of wheel alignment) can be corrected on the Lexus. If tracking is visibly out by eye then it's likely that something in the rear suspension has been damaged. In any case it will need a full alignment check to determine what needs adjusting and/or replacing. This service is available at specialist garages, typically called "4 wheel alignment" and is more than just a tracking/toe setup. Costs can be around �50 just for the check and up to �200 depending on how much adjustment is needed. If parts need replacing it will cost more still.
