Cull deer - not likely!!
An excuse for more meat......
Put up anti-deer fences to save the deer. One electric strand is hardly price prohibitive!

Just yesterday I had to hold down a very VERY badly injured deer as it desperately tried to get away (which it couldn't as it's legs were very damaged) while I waited for a forest ranger to come and dispatch it humanely. I don't enjoy hunting for sport but seeing such a beautiful animal is such pain and distress for over an hour because it ran out on the road is so much worse than these animals being stalked and managed. The reason so many of these beautiful creatures are now suffering is because there is noone managing them. Yes, car drivers need to be more aware but there is simply nothing a driver can do if it's either head on with a deer or head on with another car.
