you can report it to ebay.

i had the same bother once. i let my boyfriend use my account to buy something, he had never used ebay before so wasn't really clued up on it all.

but his item never arrived and he was emailing the seller asking questions and they then started sendng abuse back.

once i knew what was going on i forwarded everything on to ebay and the persons username and ebay got back to me saying they were sorry and were dealing with it but couldn't let me know what had been said to the other user due to privacy, rules etc

what was the outcome in the end??

whata ngering me is that if he just payed for the bloomin item none of this would e happening, but its putting me in a bad mood everytime i get an email.

xx
just tried to find ebays reply but i must of deleted it. it was a while ago but the email was basically saying that ebay were going to deal with the user and wouldn't go into any details with me because it was now a matter between ebay and the user. they also said in there emai how they don't tolerate abuse and take it serious

the user did refund us the money but this happened before the abuse started. thats why the abuse started because my boyfriend had emailed saying he'd rather have the item but they just gave us a refund and thats when the abuse started

i did wonder what the outcome was and at the time meant to check to see if the users account had been deleted but never got round to it

i would just email ebay and let them deal with it. theres somwhere in your ebay account that you can contact them. you put in the buyers name and item number and write abouts what happened and attach any abuse.

thats like us we were getting emails to our own email and ebay email over about 3 days. we were getting so angry
You could report it but ebay will do burger all about it.

Best thing to do is block the person from bidding on your future auctions.

Plus he can leave you negative feedback even though he hasnt paid for the item
