Terminal illness abroad

Ok here goes my mum has lived in Sri Lanka for a year. She has had leukemia for around 9 years but this has always been kept under control by chemo successfully. 6 months before she left she had a full CT scan and everything was fine.
Around 4-5 months ago she had ben having pain in her stomach and kidney but as she has been a nurse for 45 years she put it down to kidney stones and urine infections (which she has previously had).
She had been taking painkillers for these until the pain got so bad that she went to see the doctor who took xrays and found lesions on both her liver and her lung. Biopsys showed these to me melignant. Also after a further CT scan it showed a very nasty lesion on one of her spinal vertebrae. I had a look at this and it has nearly completely eaten it away.
I have spoken to the doctor and he doesnt feel there is anything he can do for her as she is too weak for chemo or surgery. Her friend also a nurse saw the scans and agreed with the doctor that they cant do anything more.
She can barely walk and has no control over her bowl movement. The lesion in her spine means that her spine could collapse if she fell etc so cant risk travelling. I have just got back from a week with her and I will go back in 2-3 weeeks time. She is at home at the moment and I have got a nurse in.
Has anybody got any ideas what else we can do? As we are limited on money up to around 10k
