If your intending to burn fat then its better to do so without anything to eat,but saying that your stamina will be affected,so a high protein low carb shake or small meal roughly 2 hours before will do to give you the energy you need while promoting fatloss. If your building muscle or trying to increase stamina then a high protein high carb meal/shake roughly 2 hours before and also after you finish will make this goal easier to accomplish.
just loosing weight on slimming world and i thought a run every so oftern will help ! i proberly cant even run for ten mins so ill proberly have dinner after wards !!!
