Mine is the "Hand of God" Goal only because Maradonna(rightly so) was castigated for it,but, when Geoff Hurst done exactly the same thing against Sunderland for West Ham,in the 60's, no one mentioned it and he became a Knight He also bragged about how clever it was at the time.!!!! In my book they were both cheats.

Ther guys who go down like skittles at the slightest knock; rolling round on the pitch in agony - and then 2 minutes later they're up and back to normal again. Grrr. Wimps.

Anybody any idea what vibrasphere is on about?
With everyone telling you to put lights out and save energy, why do all Premier League Games start with Floodlights even in bright sunshine?
or watering the pitch 24/7........ or those bl00dy stupid revolving neon lighting adverts along the perimeter of the pitch... or organised loud speaker warmer ups before the game starts.... or manager, manager give us a wave....or foul throwins that are never given .. or keepers holding the ball for more than 6 seconds, I've never seen one given!...car parks at grounds that can only take 100 'permit home fans' ... or new grounds built miles away from anywhere, with no facililities ie Colchester,Coventry, Darlington,MK Dons,Shrewsbury, ...FAN CARDS, National team membership clubs??? - loyalty points, games being called off 20 minutes before kick off (twice for me this season) ....is that enough for now!
Players automatically claiming a throw-in is for their team when even a blind man can tell it ain't

Players who wave invisible cards to influence the ref to book an opponent

Players who clasp their faces in "agony" when an opponent waves a hand near their heads

Players who twist invisible headphones when they score

Players getting booked for taking off their shirts and/or mixing with supporters when they've scored

Alex Ferguson for refusing to talk to the BBC

Man City for constantly letting me down

Andy Gray making a call that the replay shows is totaly wrong, but he never mentions it, then a couple of minutes later castigating the ref for making an error.

I watched the championship on ITV on Sunday, probably because they have so many games, the commentators just named names and made no opionated input, it was excellent. Sky could learn off, of it
Nothing much about it troubles me because I have not watched it for about 20 years. At that point to me it had become an extremely tedious affair frequented by an unusually high proportion of cheats amongs its participants.

It got to the point where the only bit that annoyed me was the bit between the kick-off and the final whistle (mainly because of all the things - and more - outlined above). So I turned it in.

Give it a try. I promise you'll never look back!

Agree with Steve and dave the dog, Andy Gray sees what he wants to see. So far up his own arse it's unbelievable.
Players shepherding the ball out for a throw or goal kick and making no attempt to play the ball. There used to be a rule about obstruction but unless they commit a blatant bodycheck it's never given.

As for one specific incident, I still get annoyed about Rudi Voller being sent off against Holland when all he did was fall over the goalkepper without touching him then getting spat on by Frank Rijkaard. I still don't know what Voller was supposed to have done.
