Hi, just seen it on the on-line news clips - I am so shocked as I didn't even know she was ill. What a shame, she was a really good actress and I missed her when she left Eastenders. She was also a very good comedy actress in her early years, she will be sadly missed.

well each to their own opinion about the actress bit but it's still so sad that she has died and she still had so many years left. 65 is too young to die!

Wendy was a good and well liked actress. She's suffered having chemo, partially lost her hair yet kept her dignity. RIP Wendy.
