Any stamp collectors out there

I started collecting stamps when i was a child and have built up quite a collection and i am looking to sell them now as i no longer have an interest in collecting. Can any body give me some advice about how to go about getting them valued and how i can sell the same.

i have tried some of the companies that come up on the internet but no one has responded.

Helpfull answers would be really appreciated. Thanks

Have a look at the Stanley Gibbons site. They have a my collection section where you can research and value your stamps online. They will also value your collection as a service

Go on eBay and see what kind of prices stamps are going for.

I have been on ebay but they all seem to be on auction prices. and most of them seem to be first day covers etc. Thanks for the tip though i will keep looking
