Adeje Canary Island Chicken in Red Garlic Sauce

Many years ago I used to go to a couple of small local restaurants in the village of Adeje in Tenerife. The most popular dish on the menu (possibly this was the only one!) was chicken thighs in a red garlic sauce. Does anyone have a recipe for this as it was delicous and I would love to give it a shot.

If you find a recipe candy mama please let me know as it sounds interesting. I have googled it as mentioned but can t find a recipe cheers
