I havent asked a single one , have seen a few asked but not the majority as there are 11 sections of 20 questions and one visual puzzle worth 20 points which may well be the decider and themore people who decide to send in with their donation to such a worthy cause can only be to the good.
I do realise how many questions there are, but when you see the number of answers freely given away on here (and other sites), I find it hard to comprehend how anyone can say it is a tough quiz, unless of course, there are people out there who don't "use" answers given away on here?

goodness what a fuss!
i thought doing quizzes was a bit of fun that helped worthy causes, and at the same time gave the old brain a bit of exercise. as far as we are concerned, we use the site when we get completely stuck, or when we come up with several options and like to check what others come up with. if you dont agree with it, how come you use the site?
no boysinblue you didnt accuse me , but this is q&a and i reiterate, if like me you downloaded the quiz if you dont finish theres a chance you wont return it with your 2, maybe im a bit biased on this particular cause .No offence intended "shake and walk to fight another day"
mamyalynne - I've got the quiz and I will return it with my entry fee - for as you say it's a worthwhile cause and the point of the exercise is to get as much money as possible for the charity. If I ask for a quiz, I will pay the entrance fee and I will enter irrespective of how many questions I have answered. No offence taken! Regards.
granamie - I agree doing quizzes is a bit of fun and the primary aim is to buy the quiz and help the charity concerned. I can therefore see no reason why people have to use other people's answers - nor what satisfaction/enjoyment can be gained. If you can't find an answer from your own hard work, why not have a guess or leave a blank space - wow, what a novel concept (and painless as well)!
I don't use this site - it just amazes me that while using the "net" how many "hits" you come across with questions from these quizzes - and yes I know they are Q&P sites, but all they do is turn the quizzes into lotteries!
I'd hate to think that anyone wouldnt send in a quiz and the money if they had asked for it, even if it wasnt finished
If that became the attitude of everyone then people will stop sending quizzes by email without payment first and I for one would be disapointed
Granamie you may use the site when you are stuck, as I do, but surely you must see that more and more people now come on and ask about 10 at a time and then 10 more the next day and are asking questions that could be googled or worked out in about 30 seconds and often ask less than a week after the quiz is out - they are not getting any brain excercise
I know boysinblue and I differ here but it would be so much better if this site went back to just what you say you use it for but that unfortunately isnt going to happen

i agree entirely, and am amazed at the number who list loads of questions only days after the quiz is released - what is the point? for our part we love the research, using all sorts of reference guides as well as the net - its given us a new interest in retirement and helped a few worthy causes too.

ooh! i feel like i'm back in school being ticked off by the teacher in front of the whole class.at the end of the day we are all different - dont think too many of us are perfect, so lets just get on and enjoy doing the quizzes in our own way, and forget about those who are too lazy to open a book or do a bit of googling!
granamie - "those who are too lazy to open a book or do a bit of googling" - I take it that that includes you as you have asked the original question?
All of these anagrams were possible to solve on your own with some hard work. Surely you don't include asking someone else to give you the answer as "research"?
