irritating virus message reminder

how do i get rid of the irritating message reminder from appearing from a cold boot which says "warning have you done your antivirus check- yes/no
even when ive changed and uinstalled different av software it is still there

You could try to disable this at start up by going into MSCONFIG and unticking the box that relates to Anti Virus reminder or whatever it is described as (if there is one?)

If you have changed your anti virus software i would think it is probably adware, goto lavasoft.com and get ad-aware personal for free and also get spybot search and destroy again free from safer-networking.org, have fun.

i have ad aware and spybot- assumed it wasnt a malware prob.
dont know what to uncheck on mscofig - dont want something important disabled
