O=OSCAR and P=PAPA in the Nato alphabet, so I'd guess at PAPA
ALso nonsense =pap +a =first letter of awards so papa
What do you think ?
Didn't realise someone else has asked for help on this one. I did wonder about the phonetic alaphabet, but can't quite see that 'papa' answers it.

Well I'll go for papa and thanks but never heard of the Nato alphabet.
In the alphabet, P follows O, so in the phonetic alphabet, PAPA follows OSCAR.
Maybe this explanation doesn't quite fit the clue, but I think the answer is correct . But what would I know, I'm really not too good at cryptics. :-))
