A friend of mine's husband secretly booked her a day off work without telling her and took her to Paris, you could book the day off and just spend it doing silly things together and having a super lunch (picnic)
what a nice husband you must be!!
Are there any bands from her era that she is mad about that may be performing around that time?
Book a hotel near the venue. A romantic meal at some point and then wisk her off to the gig.
(If you could get hold of backstage passes and she could meet a star, even better).
You could tell her about the romantic weekend you've got planned, then surprise her with the gig.
hi i do not know what your wife is into but my friend suggests bungee jumping in the sunset or skydiving . i think even if your wife has never ridden a horse ,i suggests a long horse ride in the country side !it does not cost much and it is so relaxing , tranquil and different and sooooo romantic ! to find out more just go on horse riding school stables and ring them ! i think it is such a good idea and my husband hated horses but i took him on a horse ride out (cause i have 2 horses ) and he thoroughly enjoyes it and now we go out riding regulary
hop to help and please do my idea (and in the summer the weather will be lovely ) and you could book a group ride so all your friends and family could go with you ! please do my idea im sure she will love it !
Throw her a 21st birthday surprise party - complete with party games ..... it's a bit nutty... but you'd be surprised how much fun it can be!!
You could have a mural party.... butchers paper on the wall and loads of paint (we did this on a garage wall and it was an absolute hoot!!)...
Other than that you can't go wrong with chocolate and jewellery - not necessarily in that order....!!
Hope this gets you feeling creative!!
