balliali, the crossword doesn't have to be in by Saturday as long as it is postmarked by then. Sometimes I don't post mine till Friday and I have won a few times.

never knew that! I always thought that the results given on Sunday were for the previous Sunday's crossword. Don't always get them finished, but enjoy trying, and seeing where the clues link into the answer. I try that one when I have Sunday Indo, then Saturday Star done. that's the order I do them. Then I sometimes get hold of Farmer's Journal, and have a go at that. Never ever post it, but give the answers to family members in the hope that they win.
