why do don't my online relationshps last?

I've had 3 relationships whr I met my guy online, evrythns great to begim with then it fizzles out. What am I doin wrong?

Trouble is, when you chat online, you build up a mental image of the person and invariably they fail to live up to your expectations, or you their's.

I'm not sure people you meet online are genuine or really after serious relationships. There is always too much choice and the attitude that there will always be someone better to meet online.

Having been on a number of dates with men I've met through chat forums or online dating sites, I concluded, most are game players and serial daters, who are unable to manage a mature, committed relationship.

You would probably do better meeting people in the real world. Introductions through friends and family always seem to work quite well.

I also agree with Velvetee, online is often not trustworthy for a number of reasons

I met a guy on line last year and he basically lied about nearly everything he told me.
He put the pressure on me financially and when I said no he turned very nasty.
He even kept trying to come back to me for a long while after too.
I think alot of men that go on there are looking for vulnerable women as I was then. Thank god I realised before it was too late.

I have read that Gay men can be more promiscuous than heterosexual men , that may be true , i couldn't say for sure.

Maybe you should try for a more stable relationship not based on sex but on your feelings for each other .
