My boyfriend has a merina wool top which must be washed on a delicate cycle, max 40 degrees.

However after washing it last night i realised it still had a BO smell under the armpits! How can I get rid of this? Someone suggested vinegar but I'm scared of ruining a good top unless I know what I'm doing!

Dab the area with white vinegar (NOT malt!) and then wash again.
