Who's that then? Oh please, no violence today either. Can't be doing with it - I'm too weak to fight back. (My daughter's an orange belt in Judo - she'll stick up for me.) Good sport judo: teaches self-control, discipline, burns the calories - I would take it up myself rather than the gym which I find very boring.... but my limbs couldn't take it these days - too many old injuries. I'll stick to swimming.

Hello all.

I have never been to a gym in my life. Hereford is lacking a decent leisure suite and so I wait til I'm back in Spain. There's a lovely sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms at the Marriot Golf Course. That's my idea of exertion/bliss!!!

I've been into Archways - but it's so cramped in there!

The leisure centre? Last time I went in there, there were loads of teenager congregated by reception, f-ing and blinding, and screaming at the top of their voices! You must admit - we could do with a bit of a renovation!
