I mean it's one thing saying your job is boring but doing it on a public site that you work mates have access to indicates extraordinary lack of brains can you blame her employer for not wanting to hire such a numpty!

everyone complains about their job at some point, but to do it where your boss and colleagues can see or hear is just rather dozy isnt it.

I could say directly to my boss that my job is boring and I would not expect to get fired. You are free to voice an opinion. Until her performance is diminished there is no grounds for dismissal.
This is the problem with facebook though. I have pledged to myself never to add work colleagues - it is better not to mix work and private life - but it can be awkward trying to explain your way out of a friend request from an otherwise respected colleague that considers himself a 'friend'.
