Some one owes me a huge amount of money as well as alot of other people. Is it possible to find out if they have been made bankrupt yet

You can do an online search here for people who are bankrupt or in an IVA, it won't show up petitions against banktuptcy though...

Search all courts in all areas for the maximum result as they may not have been made bankrupt locally.
